Dwelltales Llp

Dwelltales is based out of KPHB Colony. We are located at Plot No 21 and 22, with the house number 131 in MIG Phase IX. KPHB is a huge place, but we’ve settled into this particular corner quite well. We operate as an LLP, mostly focusing on residential stuff. The office is right there in the colony, so we see people walking their dogs or going to the market all day. It’s a very lived-in neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything that screams for attention. We just have a small nameplate. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on project designs and talking to people about where they want to live. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes we are in a rush and sometimes we have time to sit. We don't use any of that corporate speak you hear in the big cities. We just tell it like it is. If a project is delayed because of rain, we say so. If we found a better way to do a roof, we mention that too. Being in Phase IX means we are close to everything we need. We've been part of the local scene for some time now. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build decent places for people to stay. That's really all there is to it.
