Dwarakamai Divine Foundation

Our place is at H.NO.2-3-549/1/6 in Sainagar Colony, which is part of the Nagole area. We call ourselves the Dwarakamai Divine Foundation. It’s really just a house that we’ve turned into a base for our community work. Nagole has grown so much lately, and Sainagar is right in the middle of all that bustle. We started this a few years back because a few families on this street wanted to organize some local charity work and spiritual gatherings. It wasn't planned out in some big meeting; it just happened over evening walks and chats. Now, we use the ground floor for most of our stuff. There’s usually someone there folding clothes for a drive or organizing some food for the local temple events. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are always boxes in the hallway and the doorbell rings at odd hours. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a secretary. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the gate and shout a hello. We handle things as they come. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things to the porch. It’s just how we live and work here. We aren't trying to be some big organization. We just want to keep the local spirit alive in our little corner of Nagole. The heat in the afternoons can be quite something, so we usually keep the fans going full blast and offer a glass of water to anyone who stops by. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy.
