Our home base is H No 4-6-17 in Venkat Sai Nagar, specifically in Phase IV of the Chengicherla area. It is a bit further out from the city center, but there is a lot of space for development there. DR ESTATES AND CONSTRUCTIONS is the name on our papers. We deal with both the estate side of things and the actual physical construction projects. Chengicherla is growing quite a bit, and we have been trying to keep up with all the new activity around us. Our daily life is pretty predictable. We wake up, check the sites, talk to the labor crews, and handle whatever problem popped up overnight. There is always something. Maybe a delivery did not show or someone read the drawing wrong. We just fix it and move on. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of professional writers. We just talk to people face-to-face and explain what we are doing. Being in a place like Venkat Sai Nagar, you get to know the neighbors and the local shops. We are not trying to impress anyone with big corporate offices. Our workspace is practical and gets the job done, just like we do. We have been working in the building trade for a long time and have seen how things change in the industry. We just keep our heads down and focus on one project at a time. It is steady work and it keeps us busy every single day.
