D'Kommunitee Living Spaces (Opc) Private Limited is located in Flat No. 224 of Balaji Towers. We are right on Nizampet Road, near Eswar Villas. If you know the area, you know it is always busy with people and traffic. Our team is small, and we don't have a big, polished reception area or anything like that. Most of the time, our office is just full of floor plans and samples of building materials. We spend a lot of our time thinking about how to make living spaces that actually work for regular people. Nizampet has seen so much growth lately, and we are right in the thick of it. We see all the new construction every day. We are not interested in those massive, identical buildings that have no character. We try to pay attention to the smaller things, like where the light hits a room or how the plumbing is laid out. It involves a lot of back and forth with the contractors and sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are trying to get things right. We aren't some huge company with a thousand employees. It’s just us trying to build something that lasts. The days are long and the work is often dusty and tiring, but we like seeing a project come together. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the job at hand.
