We are set up in Bachupally, at Plot No: 1 To 10, near Nizampet. This part of Hyderabad-Hyderabad, zip code 500090, is growing pretty fast, but we have our own quiet spot here at Cocafe Food Ventureprivate Limited. Having those plots gives us a bit of room to move around, which is nice. Most of our time is spent managing the food venture side of things. It’s not always easy keeping everything in line. Some days the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we have to scramble to fix it ourselves. We aren't some big corporation with a help desk. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry much about being polished. Our offices—if you can even call them that—are mostly just desks pushed together near the storage area. It’s functional. Nizampet is a busy area, but our plot is a bit more tucked away. We start our mornings with a quick meeting and then everyone just goes to their station. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We don’t really have a grand plan, we just want to make sure the food is handled right and sent out on time. The floor is usually covered in scuff marks from the carts, but that just shows we're working. We have a small fridge for our lunches in the corner and it hums a bit too loudly.
