So, we run Chai Kahani Cafes and Services. You can find us out in Gillapur, which is part of the Quthbullapur area in Rangareddi. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice. Our place is at H.No.1-73/1. We mostly do tea and the services that go along with running a cafe setup. It’s not a very complicated business, but it keeps us on our toes. People always want their chai, no matter what time of day it is. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right leaves and making sure the kitchen is tidy. The staff here are mostly locals from around Rangareddi. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by passing by or hearing from a friend. The cafe isn't overly decorated; we just keep it functional and clean. We serve a lot of different people every day. Some stop for a quick drink while others stay a bit longer. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We just try to keep up with the demand. The weather can be a bit tricky out here, especially when it rains and the roads get messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest chain around. We just like what we do and hope the tea is hot and good enough for whoever stops by today.
