Our office for Cgr Infra Developers Llp is located in Pragathi Nagar, specifically in Bachpally. We are at Plot No.136, spanning across S.No.165 and 167. It is not a high-rise office; it is more of a ground-level setup which makes it easy for people to just walk in. The area is still developing, so there is a lot of open space and some dust from all the new roads being built. We like being out here because we can actually see the growth happening right in front of us. Inside, the office is quite simple. We have a big table where we spread out our site plans. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the samples and tools lying around. We don't really care about having a polished look. We just want a space where we can think and get things organized. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, so we all know the local shortcuts. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, so the office is a nice place to cool down. We do infra development because it is what we know. There are no fancy titles here. Everyone helps out with everything. It is just a small, local operation trying to keep up with the demand in Bachpally. We have a couple of older trucks parked outside that we use to get to the different sites. It’s not fancy, but it gets us where we need to be. Most of our work happens right here in the neighborhood.
