Our office is right next to the T.B. Hospital in Erragadda. The address is 8-3-168. Being in Hyderabad, it gets pretty busy around here. Caribbean Medical Education And Research Private Limited is what we are called. It’s a bit of a mouthful. We focus on medical education and doing some research on the side. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who are teaching and others who are doing the research work. The building is older but it works for what we need. Since we are right by the hospital, there’s always people moving around outside. It’s a very active spot. Inside, we have our classrooms and some lab space. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a kettle in the corner for tea. We do our best to keep things organized, though it can get a bit cluttered with books and files. It’s a real place where work happens. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to get the education part right and make sure the research is accurate. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes. Hyderabad is a big city and Erragadda is a central part of it. If you’re near the hospital, you’ve probably seen our gate. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The traffic can be noisy, but you get used to it after a while. We are just here doing our bit every day.
