Our office for Capital Newgen Primedevelopers Llp is located in Hydernagar, over in the Kukatpally area. We are at Plot Numbers 11 and 12. It’s a pretty busy part of the Rangareddi district, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on development projects in and around Hyderabad. The office is a basic workspace where we do all our planning and administrative tasks. We aren't a high-profile firm with a lot of shine; we’re just regular people trying to build things well. A lot of our time is spent on the phone talking to suppliers or visiting different sites to make sure everything is moving along. Kukatpally is a good location because it’s connected to so many other parts of the city. We have a small, tight-knit crew, and we all pitch in where needed. It’s not uncommon for us to be working late to get a proposal finished or to sort out some permit issues. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build and develop properties. Some days are more frustrating than others, especially when there are delays we can't control, but that’s the nature of the business. We just try to stay honest with everyone we work with and get the projects done. It’s a lot of effort, but we’re used to it by now and just keep going.
