Our place is located in Gayatri Nagar, which is part of the Ameerpet area in Hyderabad. Specifically Plot No. 29, D.No.7-1-619/A/3. If you’ve ever been to Ameerpet, you know how crowded and lively it is. We do import and export work here. It’s mostly about coordinating shipments and checking on documents all day. The office isn't very big, but we manage. We have a few computers and some storage for samples. It gets pretty hectic when a big order is coming through or going out. My brother and I started this because we knew a bit about the trade. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the goods from one place to another without too many headaches. Sometimes the customs paperwork takes forever, and we just have to wait it out. That's the nature of the business. We talk to people from all over, which is interesting, even if it's just over email most of the time. The neighborhood is full of other businesses, so there's always something going on outside. We've been at this address, 500038, for a few years now. It's a practical spot for us. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the logistics. It's a lot of phone calls and checking lists, but it's what we do. It’s just us here working on the next transport.
