BUILDFIC CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We go by the name Buildfic Construction (OPC) Private Limited. The office is located in Sriram Nagar at a place that might be a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We are at Plot No- 2612/2969 and also use the space at Plot No- 2613/2968. It’s all cared for by Sadananda Patra, who is part of the setup here. Sriram Nagar is a growing area and there is always some sort of noise from hammers or trucks nearby. We basically spend our days looking over blueprints and talking to contractors. The two plots give us a bit of room to store some items, but mostly it is just office space for the administrative side of things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's an (OPC) setup, so it is quite personal. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from answering the phone to checking on the site progress. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds down. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized. Being in this part of town means we are close to our neighbors and we know the local shops. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure the work is solid. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy being our own bosses. Every day brings a new set of small problems to solve.
