Bs Blood Donation Foundation

Bs Blood Donation Foundation is located at 2-1-40/13 in Brajnagar Colony, over in the Uppal area. We aren't a big business looking for profits; we are just a foundation that focuses on blood donation. It started because we saw a need in the community and figured we could help out. Our office in Brajnagar Colony is where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to donate and trying to match them up with hospitals or individuals who are in need. It can be quite stressful at times, especially when there’s an emergency and we have to move fast. We don't have a huge budget or a fancy building. It’s just a simple space with a few desks and some phones. Most of the people involved here are just doing it because they want to contribute something back to Uppal and the surrounding neighborhoods. We don't really do "marketing" in the usual sense. We just try to get the word out to locals that we are here if they want to help or if they need assistance. Sometimes it's hard to get enough donors, and other times we are overwhelmed with support. It’s a very human kind of work, dealing with people's health and generosity every single day. We’ve been at this for a while now, and though it’s tiring, it feels like we are doing something useful with our time. We just keep going.
