Bpm Hospitals is situated at Door No. 3-18-149/S/T/F in the M K M Residency, located in Pragathi Nagar, Ramanthapur. We are tucked away in a residency building, which gives the hospital a bit of a neighborhood feel. It’s not like those giant hospitals where you get lost in the hallways. Here, everything is a bit closer together. We use several floors of the building for our wards and offices. The Ramanthapur area is a good place to be, and we have many regulars who come to us from the surrounding streets. Our office where we handle the management stuff is usually pretty hectic. There are always files being moved from one desk to another and the phone is constantly ringing with people asking for appointments. We have a small team of nurses and doctors who have been with us for a while now. The lobby is a bit small, so when it’s raining outside, it gets quite crowded with people waiting for their turn. We try to keep the place clean and quiet, but with a hospital, there’s always something going on. We don't have any flashy advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just focus on our daily tasks, checking on patients and making sure the supplies are stocked up. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time in our Ramanthapur home.
