Being in the Malkajgiri area means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a growing part of the city and there’s always some construction noise in the background. We aren't some big fancy firm from overseas; we’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Some days are just spent looking at blueprints and arguing about the price of cement or steel. Other days we are out at the site making sure the guys are doing what they need to do. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our office and our reputation among the folks who live around here. If something goes wrong, we’re right here in the tower to talk about it. We think it’s better to be reachable and straightforward than to have a lot of glossy brochures that don't mean much.
