Bingeat Food And Beverages Private Limited is located at Plot No 60 in Anupuram Colony, which is part of the A.S. Rao Nagar area in Sainikpuri. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We work out of a building that fits right in with the others on the street. Inside, it’s a different story because we’re always on the move. We handle a mix of food and drink items, so there’s always something that needs to be packed or moved. The kitchen area gets pretty hot when everything is running, and there’s usually a lot of noise from the equipment. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. I might be checking a delivery note one minute and then helping to mop the floor the next. It’s just the reality of a small business. We don't have some grand vision we talk about all the time. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the quality is okay for the day. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them quickly. We take our tea breaks together out on the step when we can find a spare ten minutes. It’s a simple life, focused on the work at hand. We’ve been here in Sainikpuri for a while now, and we’re just happy to keep things moving along steadily without too much trouble. Just another day at the office.
