Bhavitha Developers Private Limited is located at Plot No. 16 in Sriramnagar Colony. We’re over in the Gajularamaram area, which is a bit of a drive from the main city centers but it’s where a lot of the real work is happening. Jeedimetla is nearby too, so it’s a busy industrial and residential mix. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a table where we eat our lunch together. We don't have a receptionist to greet you, so if you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us looking up from a computer or a set of drawings. We focus on developing land and building homes for regular people. It’s not always easy work, especially with how prices for materials keep going up and down. We have to be careful with our planning. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local shops. It feels like a real community. We don't spend money on big billboards or ads. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around the neighborhood. We just want to build things that are solid and useful. It’s a practical job, and we take it one day at a time, making sure we don't overlook the small details that actually matter to people living in the houses we build.
