We operate out of Srinivsa Nagar Colony West at Plot No 7. Ameerpet is always a bit of a mess with all the traffic and the crowds, so getting to the office in the morning can be a real struggle. Once you get inside the building, things feel much more settled. It is a regular house that we have turned into an office at H No. 8-3-214/3/A, so it feels a lot more personal than a cold commercial block. We spend the bulk of our time going over the specifics of various infra projects across the country. There is almost always a stack of folders that needs sorting through and someone is usually making tea in the small kitchen area. The walls are covered in project maps and charts because that is what we are looking at for eight or nine hours a day. We aren't really interested in having long, formal meetings. Most of the real decisions happen while we are standing around a desk with pencils and calculators. Sometimes the internet goes down, which can be frustrating when we have to send off large files. We are a pretty tight-knit group here, so we all know what is going on with each other's work. It has become a bit like a second home given how much time we spend here. The local area is always buzzing with life, and you can find just about anything you need within a short walk. We have been here a while and it suits us fine.
