Better Fly Drone Academy is based over in Alwal, specifically near the temple at Malkajgiri. The address is H.No. 1-10-10/4/1, which is easy enough to find once you are in the neighborhood. We started this because we really like drones and saw that a lot of people wanted to learn how to use them without getting into trouble. It’s not a fancy school with a big campus. We just have our space here where we store the gear and talk about flight rules. Most days, we are either checking the batteries or explaining how the controllers work to a new student. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't do much sitting around in leather chairs. Alwal is a nice, quiet part of town, which is good for us. We aren't part of some big national chain. It’s just a small group of us who know the technology and want to help others get it right. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate for flying, so we spend more time on the technical side of things indoors. People from the area stop by quite often just to see what we are doing.
