You can find us over at Plot 129 in Ganesh Nagar, which is part of the Uppal area. Our address is 2-20-1/5 if you're looking for the specific door. We have been here at Batatavada Foods for a bit now and it feels like home. Uppal is a crowded place but Ganesh Nagar has its own vibe. We spend our mornings getting things ready for the day ahead. There is always a lot of cleaning and prep work involved when you deal with food. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job well. The kitchen gets hot sometimes but we manage. We chose this spot because it's convenient for deliveries and our staff lives nearby. It’s a simple setup without many frills. We have some tables and the equipment we need to keep things moving. Most of our time is spent making sure the quality is okay and that orders go out on time. Sometimes things get chaotic when it rains because the roads here can be a bit tricky. We just keep our heads down and work through it. Being a private limited company sounds formal but really we are just a small team in a busy neighborhood. We like it here in Uppal. It feels like we are part of the local community and that matters to us.
