BADVELS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Nagole, at H.No.2-3-601/1. We’re up in Flat No. 103 of Akshay Homes, which is right in Sai Nagar Colony on Road No 2. Nagole has become so busy lately, especially with the metro and everything, so there’s always something going on around here. Our office is a pretty functional space. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and a lot of cabinets filled with project files from years back. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s where we get the real work done. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or meeting people at different sites around Hyderabad. By the time we get back to the office in the afternoon, we’re usually pretty tired, but there’s always more to do. Whether it’s checking on a delivery of bricks or trying to figure out a delay on a site, it’s just the usual construction life. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure everything stays on track. It's a bit of a juggle sometimes, honestly. People stop by and we usually just offer them some tea and talk about the weather before getting down to business. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s how we’ve always done it. It is a lot of effort but it keeps the lights on.
