B B Dharani Developers Llp is located at H No 1 34 in Santosh Nagar. This is in the Malkajgiri area. It’s a more residential feeling spot compared to the big glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We operate out of this house-turned-office, which gives it a bit of a different feel. It’s pretty grounded and comfortable for us. We spend our days dealing with various development tasks. Usually, there’s a lot of checking on site progress and making sure the materials are being delivered correctly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us sitting at our desks in Santosh Nagar. Malkajgiri is a place where people know their neighbors, and we like that vibe for our business. Sometimes we have to head out to different parts of town to see how things are going, but we always come back here to finish up the day’s work. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the houses or buildings we are working on are done right. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice.
