Ayuu Builders is based in KPHB, which is a massive area to navigate if you aren't used to it. We are specifically in SP Nagar at Jyothi Enclave, Flat 101. It’s a residential-style building, so the office feels very lived-in. We have builders and associates coming in and out at all hours. There’s usually a pile of helmets and site boots near the door because we’re often heading out to check on progress. The office itself is a bit cramped with all the files and samples we’ve collected over the years. We have a couple of desks pushed together in the main room where we do most of the planning. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where all the real work happens. KPHB has everything you need within walking distance, so we usually head out for a quick lunch at one of the local tiffin centers. The parking in SP Nagar is a bit of a gamble, especially in the evenings when everyone gets home. We’ve got a small balcony that looks out over the street, which is a good spot to take a break. We don't really bother with corporate polish or fancy presentations. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at site drawings. It’s just a group of us working hard in a busy part of town to get things built.
