Atmavan Infra Private Limited operates out of Flat No. 309 in Hema Durga Plaza. We are right across from Allwyn Colony in Miyapur, which is a place that never seems to sleep. Our office is on the third floor and it stays pretty busy most of the week. We are a small team and we handle various infrastructure and construction tasks. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office though; we are usually out at different sites making sure things are progressing. When we are at Hema Durga Plaza, we are usually catching up on the administrative side of things or meeting with suppliers. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. The Miyapur area is growing so fast, and being in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow or the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. We’ve had projects that went smoothly and others that were a total headache from start to finish. That is just the nature of this kind of work. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working in the infra sector. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the sites. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us. We just take it day by day.
