Astalaxmi Properties LLP

Our office is on the second floor of Sree Arcade, located at 8-3-166/6 7. We are right in Erragadda, near Balanagar here in Hyderabad. Astalaxmi Properties LLP has been around this area for a bit now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around. We aren't a big corporate firm. We are just a few people working out of a simple office space. Our days are filled with looking over property listings and helping people with their real estate needs. It involves a lot of phone calls and meeting people at different sites. Erragadda is a central kind of place, so we see people from all over. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to help people buy or sell their properties without getting stuck in too much red tape. The office can be a bit noisy because of the street traffic below, but we don't mind. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few cups of coffee lying around. We know the 500018 zip code really well. We’ve seen which areas are getting better and where the new projects are starting up. It’s practical work that requires us to be out in the sun quite a bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door at Sree Arcade. It’s a local business, run by local people who know the city.
