Arzu Constructions. You can find us over in Dammaiguda at Sai Srinivasa Nagar I. Our office is on Plots 23 and 24. It’s a growing part of the K.V. Rangareddy district, and there is always something going on. We do a mix of construction and engineering work. Most of our time is spent trying to figure out the best way to solve a problem on a site. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but we find a way. The office is pretty informal. We have a lot of paper everywhere, and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We don't have a big PR team or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us, the engineers and the builders, trying to make sure the projects stay on track. We like being in Dammaiguda because it feels like a real community where people know each other. When we walk down to get lunch, we usually see someone we know. It makes the work feel more personal when you are building things for people in your own backyard. We take pride in the engineering side of things, making sure the math is right and the foundations are strong. It's honest work, and we plan to keep doing it this way for a long time without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just focus on the job at hand.
