Arishtha Developers Private Limited is based out of Anandpuri Colony. You can find us at 913A, which is the office we share with Satish Kumar, the son of Bhagirath Prasad. It’s a family-oriented vibe around here, and we like that. We do a lot of development work, mostly focused on local projects. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a couple of chairs for when people stop by to talk about land or building plans. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps of the colony and the surrounding areas. Satish is usually around if you need to ask a question about a specific plot. We aren't the type of developers who use big words or try to confuse people. We just tell it like it is. Being in Anandpuri Colony means we are close to the people we work for. Sometimes we're out on the street looking at a site, other times we are stuck inside doing the accounts. It’s a mix of field work and office chores. We’ve been operating from this address for a bit now, and it’s become a familiar spot for anyone interested in what we’re building. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the best we can with the tools we have. Some days are slow, others are completely packed with work, but we stay at it.
