Archon Properties Private Limited

Archon Properties is based in Sree Sai Residency at Matrusri Nagar. We’re in Flat 101. The office is right on Road No 3/8. It’s a busy little spot in the 500049 area. We’ve been handling property stuff for a while now. It’s mostly about finding the right flats or plots for people who need them. The office is small and usually smells a bit like tea because we drink a lot of it. We don't have fancy brochures. We just show people the sites and let them decide. Matrusri Nagar is a good place to be. There’s a lot of activity. We deal with the usual property headaches like registration delays and electricity connections. It can be a real pain sometimes. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the area well. We don't wear suits or anything. Usually just a shirt and trousers. We’re more comfortable at the construction site than sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the paperwork gets behind because we’re out looking at new properties. We try to keep things simple for our customers. No big talk, just the facts about the property. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving around in the heat. There’s always another plot of land or an apartment to go and check on.
