Apparna Fab Tech Private Limited

Our place is located in Phase III of Cherlapally, specifically at Plot No.2P. Working at Apparna Fab Tech Private Limited means being surrounded by other industrial units and the constant sound of machinery in the background. It is a dusty area, but that is expected when you are in a manufacturing zone. We spend most of our hours looking at fabric specs or technical drawings on our desks. The warehouse gets quite hot in the summer months, so we have a few big fans running all day long. We have a small staff and everyone knows each other’s names, which makes it feel like a small community. We deal with technical textiles and fabrication stuff mostly. It isn't the kind of office where you wear a suit or fancy clothes. Most of us are in work boots or comfortable shoes. There is always a lot of loading and unloading happening at the gate, and the trucks sometimes block the entrance for a while. We keep a ledger for everything coming in and out. Cherlapally is a long commute for some of us, but we are used to it by now. The shed is quite large and we have organized it into different sections for cutting and packing. We try to keep things orderly, even if there are scraps of material on the floor by the end of the shift. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. The tea break at 4 pm is usually the highlight of the afternoon for everyone.
