Our office is located at H No. 6 3 864/2. We are in Flat No. 106 of the Shiva Krupa Apartments. It is a nice spot near Neeraj Public School and the Green Park Hotel in Hyderabad. Apollo Property Developers is what we call our business. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a lot more like a home than a regular office. We have a few desks set up in the main room. We deal with properties, which means we spend a lot of time looking at titles and talking to buyers or sellers. It is a lot of detail work. Sometimes we get a bit tired of the paperwork, so we take a break and walk down to the tea shop near the hotel. The neighborhood is usually busy with school kids and traffic, but inside the apartment, it stays relatively quiet. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We don't use any flashy marketing talk. If someone wants to know about a property, we just give them the facts we have. We like being in this part of the city because it is easy for people to find us. We don't have any big goals other than finishing the work we have in front of us every day. It is just a regular local business and we are fine with that.
