Ansva Estates Private Limited

Our office is up on the 14th floor of Block-C in the Adityas Imperial Heights building. If you are in Hafeezpet, you can see these towers from quite a distance. Ansva Estates Private Limited is basically just us working through the daily grind in Serilingampally. Being in K.V. Rangareddy means there is always something going on with property or local developments. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the Telangana area. It gets pretty noisy outside during rush hour, but it’s quieter up here in the flat. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just handle the paperwork and talk to folks who are looking for a place to live or invest around here. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when we are in a hurry to meet someone. The office is simple, just enough room for the computers and the files we keep. We’ve been around this part of the city for a while and know the local roads pretty well. Most days are just about managing the details and making sure things are moving along. It’s a regular job for us, keeping things organized in a place like Hafeezpet where things change fast and new projects seem to start up every single week.
