Annavaram Infra Ventures Private Limited

We are located out in Miyapur on some land that’s marked as Survey Numbers 66 and 67. It’s a bit of a dusty spot, but it works for an infra company like Annavaram Infra Ventures. We spend more time out on the land than we do sitting behind desks. Our office is a simple place with just the essentials. We started this venture a few years back because we knew the Miyapur area was going to expand. It’s been interesting to see it all happen right in front of us. We aren't the type of people who like wearing suits. Usually, we’re in boots and jeans, ready to go out to a site. We handle things like land development and basic infrastructure. It’s a lot of talking to engineers and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and that’s when things get stressful. We don’t have a fancy website with stock photos. We just have our actual project photos on our phones. We try to be honest with everyone we work with, even when there are delays. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. We just keep working through the problems until the job is finished. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We’re just trying to do good work and stay in business for the long haul.
