We are located over in Surya Nagar, specifically at Plot Number 22 in Old Alwal. It is a quiet enough spot but things stay busy inside our office. Most days are spent looking over property documents or talking to people about their loan applications. Dealing with the bank is usually a headache, so we take on that part of the job. Our office at 5-12/224 isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We know the Hyderabad area, especially Alwal, like the back of our hands. It has changed so much lately with all the new construction. We see neighbors coming in just to chat about the local prices or to see if we know any good contractors. It’s mostly just us trying to make sense of the paperwork so regular people don’t have to struggle with it. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, but we get through the work eventually. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just local people helping other local people get their homes sorted out. If you walk past Surya Nagar, you’ll likely see us through the window working on some files. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us when they have a question about their property.
