Akshita Lifespaces Llp

Our office is in Flat 506, Block A of Lake Mirra Residency in the Brahmanwadi area of Begumpet. The address is 1-10-397. Begumpet is a central part of Hyderabad, so it makes it pretty easy for us to get to our different sites. We focus on lifespaces at Akshita Lifespaces Llp, which basically means we build and manage homes. Our office is just a regular apartment that we use for work. We have desks, computers, and usually a few maps of the city pinned to the walls. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the phone or looking over some blueprints. We’ve been working in Hyderabad for a long time now. This city is always changing, and we try to keep up with how things are done here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do decent work that we can stand behind at the end of the day. Brahmanwadi is a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Begumpet, which helps us focus. We deal with the usual daily stuff like talking to contractors and making sure materials arrive on time. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this business. We don't make big promises or use a lot of marketing talk. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done.
