You can find us at Lake View Mirra Residency in Begumpet, specifically in Flat 506 of Block A. The address is H.No 1-10-397/1 to 7 in Brahmanwadi. We are in the same building as our other office, but here we focus more on avenues and larger development projects as Akshita Avenues Llp. It’s a busy little space. We almost always have site plans and maps spread out across the tables. Begumpet is usually packed with traffic, so we’ve gotten pretty good at timing our trips around the city. We aren't a big corporation with lots of layers. You just deal with us directly. We handle the planning and the paperwork and the actual work that happens on the ground. Sometimes it gets stressful when a deadline is coming up or something doesn't go right, but we’ve learned to be flexible. We don't have people to clean up for us every day, so the office looks like a place where work actually happens. There are stacks of files and usually a few empty tea cups lying around. We like it that way because it’s real. We have been a part of the Hyderabad business community for quite some time now. We know the local people and we know how things get done in this part of Telangana. We don't go for flashy marketing. We just put our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s just how we operate.
