Akhilshetty Infra Developers Privatelimited. We are over in Ghatkesar at the Idea Janardhana building. Our office is Flat No 301, so we are up a few flights. Being at Plot No B2 in Sy No 121 means we see a lot of the local growth happening right outside the windows. The residency area is generally quiet enough for us to focus, though we spend plenty of time out in the heat anyway. Construction isn't the cleanest job, so we often bring some of the site back with us on our boots. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just handle the infra projects that come our way in this part of town. The office has some old chairs and a table that’s seen better days, but it works for planning out the next phases. We talk to engineers, check on supply orders, and make sure the trucks are going where they need to go. Ghatkesar has its own pace, a bit slower than the city center, but it's getting busier. We like the local feel here. Most of the people working with us live nearby, so we know the area well. There is no corporate manual here; we just figure things out as we go. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is tight, but usually, we try to keep a normal routine. It’s just a regular bunch of guys working on buildings. We often have some biscuits and tea while going over the blueprints in the afternoon.
