Ademar Developers Private Limited

Our office for Ademar Developers Private Limited is located at Plot No. 26/P and 27/P in Satyam Enclave. This is in Jeedimetla Village, which falls under the Qutbullapur area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which we actually prefer. It feels a little more relaxed out here, though the area is growing fast. We have a simple setup in the enclave. It’s a place where we can focus on the development work without too many distractions. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer going. We have a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. It’s practical because we spend a lot of time looking at land and planning out projects. We aren't trying to be fancy. The office is just a place to get the job done. Sometimes people from the neighborhood stop by to say hello. We have a small area out front where we park our bikes. The weather in Jeedimetla can get quite hot in the summer, so we have a few old coolers running to keep us from melting. It’s a very straightforward environment. We just show up, do the work, and head home. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we know how things work around here. It’s a decent place to be.
