Aarya Infracon Projects Private Limited is located over in Subhash Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet part of Quthubullapur compared to the main city hub. We are at Plot No 150, and you can usually find a couple of our motorbikes parked outside. The office itself is pretty simple. We spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. We handle infrastructure projects, which means there is always something to track or some material to order. It isn't always smooth sailing, things happen, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or high-end furniture. Just some chairs, tables, and a lot of paper. Being based in S No.238/2 & 239/1 puts us close to the sites we usually work on. It makes sense for us to be here. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. People walk by and wave, and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. It's just a regular business doing what we know how to do without making a big deal out of it. We just keep working and try to get home before it gets too late.
