We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to show them different plots. Czech Colony is a decent neighborhood, though it can get pretty loud with all the traffic. We don't have any big polished presentations or corporate slogans. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the local property market. Some days are better than others, and there is always plenty of paperwork to deal with. We’ve been at Bhadra Residency for a while and the people in the building know us by now. It’s just a normal job for us and we keep it simple.
