We’re located at Plot No-117 in the Bollaram IDA area. It’s a big industrial zone, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. The air usually smells like metal and oil, which is just part of the job when you work with machines. Our shop floor is pretty loud when everything is running at once. We have a lot of heavy equipment parked in the main area. Most of our day is spent checking parts, tightening bolts, and making sure the machines are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s dirty work, and we all end up with grease on our hands by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this site for several years now. The roof leaks a tiny bit when there's a really heavy rain, but we know where to put the buckets. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just walk right into the middle of the workspace. It’s honest work. We don't use a lot of complicated software for our daily stuff, we mostly rely on what we’ve learned over time. It’s a lot of physical labor and paying attention to small details that others might miss. We keep the tools organized as best as we can, though things always seem to wander off. That's just how a machine shop goes.
