Varshitha Restaurant and Catering Servic Es Llp is right here at Plot No. 90 and 91 in Allipur. We’re really close to the Sai Baba Temple, so it gets pretty busy on certain days of the week when people are visiting. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen getting things ready for whatever event we have on the calendar that day. Sometimes it’s a small wedding, other times it’s just a lunch for a local group. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while the heat in the kitchen gets to be a lot, we just keep moving. The catering side keeps us on our toes because you never know how many people will actually show up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit of a scramble when the supplies don't arrive on time. The temple bells are nice to hear while we're working. Allipur is a decent spot for us because people know where we are. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Just the kitchen and the vans for the catering. It's a lot of washing dishes and chopping vegetables before the sun even comes up. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk over in the mornings. It’s hard work, no doubt about it, and my back usually aches by five o'clock. But the food gets cooked and people eat it, so that's basically how our daily lives go here.
