Thulasi Architect'S & Engineers

We are located at Mig 3901 in Phase 2 of the BHEL Township. It is a quiet residential area on Road No 9, and many of our neighbors know us well. Being in R C Puram means we are a bit far from the main city center, but we like the pace here. Our office functions as a mix of an architect's studio and an engineering firm. We handle everything from the initial house sketches to the technical details that the builders need. You can usually find me or one of the staff members sitting at the drafting table late into the evening. The house is often filled with the smell of paper and ink. People from around the township often drop by to ask about building permissions or just to show us a plot they bought. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. There is no corporate dress code here, just plain shirts and trousers. Sometimes the fans are noisy, and the printer gets jammed, but we get the drawings out on time. Hyderabad is growing so fast, even out here in 502032, and there is always something new being built. We just take it one project at a time, making sure the foundations are solid and the rooms have enough light. It is a steady way to make a living and we enjoy being part of the local community.
