Sterling Heights

We are Sterling Heights, out in Patancheru at Sterling''s Aster Meadows. It’s located in the village area within Sangareddy, Telangana, India. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that’s what makes the location what it is. The office we have here is set up to handle the day-to-day operations of the site. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at desks, surrounded by construction plans and schedules. The air out here feels a bit different than the city center. We spend a lot of our time walking around the property, checking on things, and making sure the work is moving along. The office itself is pretty basic, with a few plastic chairs for when visitors come by to ask questions. We usually have a lot of dust on our boots because of the ongoing work nearby. It’s not a polished environment by any means. We have a small kettle for tea and a lot of water bottles around because it gets hot. People from the village often pass by, and we’ve gotten to know a few of the locals. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just a place where we manage the project and talk to anyone interested in what’s happening here. It’s honest work, and we just take it one day at a time in this part of Telangana.
