Our shop is tucked away at Q.No:356/C inside the Bhel Township in R.C. Puram. Being inside the township means we mostly see the same faces every day, which is nice because you actually get to know the people who live nearby. It’s not like those giant, impersonal malls in the middle of Hyderabad where everything feels like a rush. Here, things move at a bit of a slower pace. We have clothes and other things people need for their homes and families. The shelves can get a bit messy sometimes when it's a busy weekend, but we do our best to tidy up before we head home for the night. Working at Shoppers' Stop in this specific spot feels more like a community thing than a corporate one. A lot of the staff members live right in the township or just a short distance away, so they usually just walk or take a quick bike ride to work. We end up talking to the customers about their kids or what’s happening in the local neighborhood. It’s a very practical place. We try to stock up on the things we think people will actually wear and use in their daily lives. Sometimes the shipments are late or the power flickers for a second, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a regular retail job with a local feel. We don't have fancy speeches or anything. We just open the doors, help people find what they need, and ring them up at the counter.
