Sanghi Industries Ltd.

We are based out in Sanghi Nagar, which is under the Hayatnagar Mandal area in Ranga Reddy. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we have a lot of space out here for our operations. Our work involves a lot of industrial processes, and being further out helps with the scale of what we do. The office is part of a much larger complex that has been around for a long time. It feels like a small town sometimes because so many people work here and live nearby. We deal with things like cement and other materials that go into building big structures across the state. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the city center, though the machinery makes its own kind of low hum in the background. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years, so everyone knows each other’s names. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend much time on fancy office furniture; it’s all about the production and making sure the trucks are moving in and out on time. The weather out here can get really hot in the summer months, which makes the outdoor work even tougher for the crew. We just focus on the daily tasks, from managing the plants to handling the distribution paperwork. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep the communication simple between the different departments. There is always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs adjusting.
