S Essar Constructions India Ltd

We’re located at MIG-963 in the BHEL area of Hyderabad. It’s a well-known part of the city, especially for people in the construction trade. We’ve been here in Andhra Pradesh, which is now Telangana, for quite a few years. S Essar Constructions isn't a huge firm with a fancy skyscraper. We just have this office where we manage everything. It’s a bit crowded with files and old site equipment, but it works for us. We don't spend a lot of time making the place look pretty for visitors. We’d rather be out at the building sites. Hyderabad is a fast-growing place, and there’s always something being built. We just try to keep up with our part of it. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate values written on the walls. We just get the work done without too much fuss. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We deal with the heat and the traffic like everyone else in the city. It’s a basic operation. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s just a regular local construction business.
