Recruitment Executive Services

We are based out of a house in Srinivasnagar Colony, over in Ramachandrapuram. The house number is 15-24. It’s a quiet residential area, which is actually quite nice for doing recruitment work. We don’t have the noise of the main city center bothering us. Most of what we do at Recruitment Executive Services involves talking to people and looking over resumes all day. We’ve set up a few desks in what used to be the living area. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those fancy offices you see in movies. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the summer heat makes it tough. We usually have the windows open when it’s not too dusty to get some fresh air. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a calm place to spend the workday. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the gate so people know they’re at the right house. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. Sometimes people come by for interviews, and we just sit around the big table in the middle. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No bells and whistles, just a group of people trying to help others find jobs while working from a comfortable spot that feels a bit more like home than an office. We keep our files organized on some old metal shelves.
