Ratnapuri Polytechnic College

You will find us on the road between Patancheru and Daulatabad, right near the Ncl Alltek factory. It is a bit of a drive out to Thurkala Khanapur, but the students make the trip every day. The college is mostly for technical studies since it is a polytechnic. We have workshops where students work with their hands and learn how things actually function. It is a practical kind of place, not a quiet one. The area around here is industrial, so you see a lot of trucks and workers nearby. We have students coming from Sangareddi and other local villages. The campus is spread out, and sometimes the bus schedule is the main thing everyone talks about. We have labs for different engineering branches with equipment we’ve had for a while. It is not very fancy, just workshops and classrooms with gravel paths between them. The staff stays in the nearby quarters or travels in from the city. We keep the machines as ready as we can for the daily lessons. It is often dusty because of the road and the factories, but we are used to it. Lunchtime is when the place feels most alive with everyone gathered around. We have been here for a while now, and students focus on getting their diplomas so they can start working. It is a regular routine of classes and practicals. We just take care of the place as well as we can.
