Sunshine Polymers

Our place, Sunshine Polymers, is located over at Plot No Part Of 6 And 7/b in the local IDA. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside, but we keep busy enough inside. Working with polymers means there’s always something to keep an eye on, whether it's the temperature settings or the way the raw material is flowing through the lines. We started this because we knew the area and saw other shops doing similar things. The day usually starts early before it gets too hot, though the machines generate their own heat anyway. You’ll mostly find us in our work clothes, probably with some grease on our hands or dust on our boots. We don't have a big office staff, so if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. The IDA is a crowded place with trucks coming and going all the time, so things can get a bit hectic on the road outside our gate. We mostly just focus on what's on the bench in front of us. It’s straightforward work, really. We take the orders as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule so nobody is left waiting. There’s no secret to it, just staying consistent and making sure the polymer batches are handled right. It’s what we do day in and day out. Sometimes it's tiring, but we just keep at it until the work is done.
