Sri Venkata Sai Industries

Sri Venkata Sai Industries is tucked away at Plot No 2C/16 in the IDA section. It is one of those places where you really have to look for the sign because we never bothered with a big flashing one. The workshop is pretty straightforward. We have the main production area and a small corner where we keep the records and grab a quick lunch. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight group over the years. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning and they know exactly where every tool is kept, even if the place looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The work is steady and we don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find out about us through word of mouth or by stopping by the IDA when they need something specific. The metal roof gets quite noisy when it rains, making it hard to hear anything else, but we just keep at it. We spend a lot of time moving materials around to make sure we have enough room for the next batch. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty is just part of the day. We don't have a lot of corporate rules here, just a simple understanding that the work needs to get done right before we head home for the evening. We close up around 6 PM most days, unless there's a big truck coming in.
