Our place covers quite a bit of ground from Plot No. 186 all the way to 194 in Phase-III of the Industrial Park at Pashamylaram. It’s a big site compared to some of the neighbors in Medak. We spend a lot of time walking between the different sections of the factory. We deal with machinery for wire and cable production. It’s a lot of heavy steel and complex parts that need to be put together just right. The floor is usually busy with people moving around and the sound of overhead cranes. It isn't a silent workplace, that’s for sure. We have a lot of different departments, but it still feels like a local shop in many ways. We get together for tea breaks and talk about the local cricket scores or the traffic on the way in. The commute to Patancheru can be a bit of a grind for some of the staff. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff in our day-to-day. We focus on the assembly lines and making sure the shipping crates are ready on time. Sometimes things break down and we have to scramble to find a spare part, which is always a bit stressful. But we've been doing this long enough to know how to handle the hiccups. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks in front of us. It’s a large facility, but at the end of the day, it's just about putting in the hours.
